​Ortho-Bionomy

Dr. N. Richard Pragnell trained under the founder of Ortho-Bionomy, Arthur Pauls, D.O. (Osteopath), from England and has been a practicing Ortho-Bionomic Practitioner since the mid-1970s.
Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle adaptive body technique that helps re-align body, mind, and spirit. It combines the philosophies and practices of osteopathy, martial arts, and homeopathy in a biofeedback technique that looks at the patterns that exist within the whole person.

Ortho-Bionometric treatments help a patient's natural nerve reflexes to self-correct, causing them to move into a position of relief or comfort. This allows the nervous system to release dysfunctional holding patterns and increase the flow of blood and oxygen to muscles, allowing for increased range of motion.
